Top court calls for enhanced legal support for military personnel

The local court effectively utilized bankruptcy laws and procedures to facilitate the company's restructuring and recovery. This approach preserved the enterprise's valuable defense qualifications and key production assets, restored its military production capabilities, and promoted its development toward higher quality and innovation, thereby reinforcing judicial safeguards for equipment support.
