China Coast Guard patrols territorial waters around Diaoyu Islands

The China Coast Guard said it conducted a rights-protection patrol in the territorial waters of China's Diaoyu Islands on Thursday.
In a statement released on Thursday, the CCG said its fleet, led by the Hengsha vessel, carried out the patrol in the territorial waters of China's Diaoyu Island and its affiliated islands.
The patrol was conducted in accordance with the law, the statement said.
