The initiative forms part of Chaoyang's International Skilled Talent Cultivation and Enhancement Action, led by the district's human resources and social security bureau. It aims to strengthen global cooperation in vocational education and skills development.
At the conference, the district signed cooperation agreements with major training and certification organizations from five countries, including a subsidiary of Pearson in the United Kingdom, the American Academy of Project Management, and Montpellier Business School in France. The partnerships are expected to establish a collaborative mechanism aligned with international standards and tailored to the district's industrial needs.
