International youth talent alliance launches in Beijing's Chaoyang district

A global organization bringing together domestic and international vocational training institutions and universities has been launched in Beijing's Chaoyang district.
The new body, named the International Youth Talent Development Alliance, was established during the Fourth Chaoyang District Vocational Training Development Conference, which opened on Oct 25.
