The latest chapter continues the high-stakes adventures of superspy Ethan Hunt, starring Cruise, and his IMF team as they confront their most dangerous foe yet: The Entity, a rogue artificial intelligence capable of triggering humanity's extinction. This time, the odds are stacked higher than ever, as Hunt races to retrieve the only weapon that can stop The Entity — hidden deep beneath the polar ice cap in the wreckage of a sunken Russian submarine.

A premiere was held on Monday at a downtown Beijing cinema, featuring an exhibition with a life-size replica of the film's bright yellow biplane. Attendees also had the chance to re-create several iconic scenes from the franchise, such as Hunt's famous ceiling vent descent to steal a computer file from the CIA's ultra-secure server room in the first Mission: Impossible movie.
