3 missing after fishing boat sinks in NE China's waters

DALIAN -- Three people remain missing after a fishing boat sank in the waters in the northern part of the Yellow Sea on Tuesday.
The accident happened around 8 am and the search and rescue work is underway, said the bureau of maritime affairs of Liaoning Province in northeast China.
