As autumn sets in, large flocks of southbound migratory birds are stopping at the Ebinur Lake Wetland National Nature Reserve in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to rest and feed.

Ebinur Lake is Xinjiang's largest saltwater lake. Migratory birds passing through each year include more than 200 species.
