Anti-epidemic materials get on fast track to overseas

Customs in Quanzhou, East China's Fujian province launched a fast track for a chartered plane carrying anti-epidemic materials to Manila, in the Philippines, in a bid to help people there fight the novel coronavirus.
The plane, loaded with 2. 45 million masks and 11. 9 tons of medical supplies, including test kits and preventive suits, arrived in Manila on Wednesday.
Quanzhou customs initiated the work plan, strengthened communication with authorities concerned, kept track of the flight's state, and enhanced supervision in advance.
Staff boarded the plane and checked its license and goods quickly and rigorously to ensure safety, customs staff said.
