Fungi to have around in winter

The signature dish at Yunnan cuisine restaurant, Eryu, is its chicken soup with mushroom-a flavorful treat to warm the cold winter days. The chicken is from Qingyuan, Guangdong province, and the soup is boiled for six hours with several kinds of mushrooms from Yunnan province. If fungus is not your flavor, then try the Dali spicy and sour fish instead.
