Taste by Four Seasons 2020 is set to start in Beijing, featuring traditions and creative explorations of Chinese cuisine.

The preview dinner on Nov 8 gathered Chan Yan-tak, chef at three Michelin starred restaurant Lung King Heen in Hong Kong; Wang Yong, chef at Jin Sha Chinese restaurant in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province; and Alvin Leung, founder and chef of Bo Innovation – the Hong Kong Story; as well as Li Qiang, chef at Cai Yi Xuan in Beijing.

Four chefs joined hands to present a variety of Chinese cuisine, from chicken soup to three cup pigeon and braised pork belly.

Taste by Four Seasons 2020 will highlight unforgettable Chinese cuisine and talent chefs at their hotels throughout China.
