TV series Blowing in the Wind about a university mountaineering club has just been released on livestreaming site Youku.
Thai actor Chanon Santinatornkul, 23, who is known for the 2017 Thai film Bad Genius, leads the cast of the TV series.
Santinatornkul showed up at a fan meeting in Beijing on July 2, sharing his stories of filming Blowing in the Wind, together with director Li Bingqiang.
Li says that the young actors are all trained to climb mountains before shooting.
"And even though the temperature was nearly 40 C when we filmed, all the actors worked very hard to overcome the hot weather," says Li.
