A bakery's bounty for summer
Comptoirs de France Bakery recently unveiled its summer menu that's available at its shops in Beijing and Tianjin, and e-commerce platforms. The bakery is known for authentic, handmade French breads, pastries and sweets made without preservatives. Gourmets can sample mango-shrimp salads, and roast-beef-and-mushroom sandwiches. Guests can also enjoy baked apricot-raspberry cakes, cheesy Focaccia bread, and classic Paris-Brest and chocolate choux. Macaroons filled with ice cream are a favorite dessert.
