BEIJING -- The Dalian Maritime Court has issued the 2018 report on its trials in both Chinese and English, the People's Court Daily said Tuesday.
The court, based in Northeast China's coastal city Dalian, accepted 1,981 cases of various types last year, including contentious cases, enforcement cases and property preservation cases.
Based on the analysis of its trial data, the court summarized a set of typical issues and cases in maritime trials and raised suggestions to relevant sectors.
It said that the report is expected to raise awareness of risk prevention and enhance risk control ability of maritime business entities both home and abroad.
The report is available on the court's website at http://dlhsfy.chinacourt.gov.cn.
