Nearly 50 world top riders, including world number one Simon Delestre of France and runner up Christian Ahlmann of Germany, will compete in the three-day event near the site right next to the World Expo site in Shanghai. Two Chinese riders and another two from Hong Kong of China will compete as wild cards. The Longines tour is the world's premier five-star show jumping and the highest level equestrianism event held on Chinese mainland. Riders will be vying for the $485,000 prize in CS15* 1.60 class.
