"We restarted working from the sixth day of the first lunar month after the Spring Festival holiday," said Qiu Yongtao, president of Pingnan-based Fujian Huizelong Distillery Co, adding that the company is preparing to go public on the New Third Board, or the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, this August or September.

Huizelong Distillery, founded in 1996, is a joint stock company dedicated to the production, processing and sale of yellow wine.

Pingnan county, an inland mountainous county in northeastern Fujian, dispatched professionals to help solve problems that the company has encountered since it decided to go public last May.

In addition to this example of helping a local company, Pingnan published preferential policies last year regarding businesses that can't repay loans on time, in order to support development of industrial and trade enterprises and relieve their difficulties in capital turnover.

These companies can get up to 10 million yuan ($1.61 million) to repay banks. So far, the county has offered a total of 200 million, according to the Min Dong Daily.
