Swing the winter doldrums away

Dressing like a flapper girl from the 1920s is no longer just for costume parties, and Edgardo Osorio is not the only designer obsessed with the "swinging spell" of fringe that makes every girl look like a dancing queen.

From boots to belts, skirts to sweaters, designers have used the playful element on almost every item possible this season. Not only are fringes making a big comeback, but they are invading offices and red carpets, available in new materials like natural leather, and featuring longer and sleeker cut.
