A 100-day campaign against traffic violations in Jinan, capital city of Shandong province, has attracted foreigners.

On June 18, three Palestinians who work as foreign-language teachers at a school in Jinan volunteered to assist traffic police in traffic guidance.

After receiving 30-minute training on rule and regulations, the three Palestinians helped police guide traffic for half an hour.

On June 10, an American who has been living in Jinan for six years volunteered to assist traffic police.
