The so-called all-in-one device with various functions including touch screen writing and wireless screen sharing, was released by Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. (CVTE), a major manufacturer of liquid-crystal display control circuit boards with a cumulative global sale of 260 million units, is gaining a global market share up to 28.95%.

It is also compatible with multiple pieces of teleconference software and hardware and diverse office applications.

The company provides three MAXHUB models (standard, premium and ultimate) in four sizes, with prices ranging from 7,999 yuan ($1,162) to 99,999 yuan ($14,527).

This is a further move by the company to take a big share of the conference device market following a conference tablet released in 2015.

The conference platform product market is emerging with its better communications and efficiency and is increasingly pursued by the modern companies who lay more and more stress on information exchange and trans-department coordination, said Zhou Yong, vice-chairman of CVTE.

To provide a solution for companies to improve the conference efficiency, MAXHUB will step into a market with a huge potential, given that there are nearly 67 million conference rooms all over the world while only the exploitation of the market still staying in preliminary stage, said Zhou Yong.

"No matter at home or abroad, the enterprise-level conference market is still in its infancy. Microsoft and Google are well-known overseas pioneers in the business, both having launched their own conference equipment products." he said.
