Man commits suicide after killing colleague

CHANGSHA - The labor union chairman of an archive bureau in the city of Zhuzhou in Central China's Hunan province made a suicidal jump from a building after killing the bureau's chief on Sunday, local police confirmed.

Police said in a statement that a man surnamed Kuang fatally stabbed Shen Bailan at 7:40 am in her office. He then committed suicide by jumping from the third floor of the building.

A further investigation is under way, police said.
