State Council appoints HK's chief of customs

BEIJING - China's State Council on Friday appointed Clement Cheung Wan-ching as Commissioner of Customs and Excise of Hong Kong to succeed Richard Yuen Ming-fai.
The decision was made according to the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the nomination and recommendation of HKSAR Chief Executive Donald Tsang.
