A seven-course Chinese set menu will be offered New Year's Eve at Qi Restaurant as well as an exceptional a la carte selection, including dishes traditionally eaten to usher in wealth, happiness and good fortune. These include assorted Chinese appetizers, steamed turbot fish, pan-fried Australian beef with teriyaki sauce and other culinary delights. 588 yuan per person plus a 15 percent service charge. An a la carte menu is also available.

At Cepe, enjoy a six-course New Year's Eve dinner featuring oyster tartar with sturgeon caviar, ginger and kaffirlime foam, bouillabaisse with lobster tartar, pan-seared sea bass with poached shrimp and succulent Angus beef short ribs. Complete the dinner with a traditional holiday dessert: red-wine poached pear, chocolate sauce, crumble and vanilla ice cream. 1,288 yuan per person (plus service charge).
