Punjabi Lobster

Lobster: 400 g

Ginger garlic paste: 20 g

Yogurt: 50 g

Oil: 50 ml

Chilly powder: 10 g

Turmeric powder: 5 g

Anis seed powder: 5 g

Kasoori methi powder: 3 g

Carom seed: 3 g

Salt: according to your taste


1.Remove the shell of the lobster, clean it. Marinate it with ginger garlic paste, salt, keep aside for some time. Add rest of the ingredients to the lobster, mix it properly, and check the seasoning.

2.Put the lobster on skewer and cook till it is cooked in a moderate hot tandoor oven.

3.Serve it hot with mint sauce.
