Li and his friends work on the construction of a highway in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. They just got off the train from Guilin, Guangxi and will board the train from Beijing to their hometown in Northeast China three hours later. They will spend 18 hours on the train, as it is the slowest but cheapest way to get home.
