From the chatty little Liangzhu Jade Bird Gugu that seems ready to take flight, to gleaming Tianjin cloisonné koi earrings, whimsical animals crocheted by African artisans, and the irresistible, centuries-old flavors of Fujian's famous Shaxian snacks — the 2026 Liangzhu Cultural and Creative Bazaar was pure delight.
Just wrapped up after five buzzing days, this much-loved companion event to the fourth Liangzhu Forum turned into a one-stop wonderland. Visitors could wander, touch, taste, and take home treasures from 19 Belt and Road countries and sought-after city gifts from every one of China's 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions — many of them fresh interpretations of ancient museum artifacts.
