Italian fashion brand Weekend Max Mara opened a five-day pop-up store in Chengdu, Sichuan province, on Oct 21 to showcase its 2026 autumn/winter collection.
Located in the first-floor atrium of Hall A at Chengdu MixC shopping mall, the store features a greenhouse-inspired design with Mediterranean plants, outdoor furniture, product displays, and a coffee bar.
Chinese actress Tan Songyun attended the opening wearing a brown suede jacket paired with a plaid skirt from the autumn/winter collection.
The collection features patterns such as windowpane checks, houndstooth, tartan, and argyle, alongside knitwear, flared skirts, tweed, and felted wool garments. Outerwear options include windbreakers, coats and parkas designed for everyday wear.
The pop-up store will run through Oct 25.
