Xue Zhiyong, a member of the Party leadership group and vice-mayor of Kaifeng, Henan province, is under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation for suspected serious violations of discipline and law, according to a statement released by the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision on Monday.
