UNESCO Director-General Khaled El-Enany extended his congratulations to the newly opened exhibition hall in Changsha, commending China's efforts in language preservation. The UN General Assembly declared the decade from 2022 to 2032 as the International Decade of Indigenous Languages to highlight the critical situation faced by many indigenous languages worldwide.
