Utilizing digital technology, the language data has been transformed into immersive experiences that the public can engage with, according to Chen Xuliang, deputy Party secretary of the Hunan Museum. "These recordings have been processed for identification, language model training, and the creation of interactive displays," Chen explained.

At the hall's opening ceremony, linguistics experts noted that the new hall represents a shift in China's language resource preservation efforts away from storing data in databases and towards bringing it to life in public exhibitions. It also serves as a valuable test run for a separate national language resource museum currently in the planning stages.
