A new hall is also under construction to strengthen the museum's public science education capabilities. In the future, children will be able to take classes, conduct experiments, and try their hand at simulated fossil digging.

Zeng Xiaoyun, the museum's director, said the renovation represents not only a facility upgrade but also a brand reshaping of Zigong's dinosaur cultural heritage.

She added that the museum would launch a wider range of cultural programs, including overnight study tours that allow up to 100 visitors to camp alongside the dinosaurs.
