Three reservoirs at risk, evacuations underway in Nanning, Guangxi

The committee raised Nanning's flood control emergency response from Level III to Level I at 11:30 am Monday as torrential rainfall continued to batter the region.
Emergency management, water conservancy and fire rescue authorities are carrying out rescue and flood-control operations, while residents at risk in Hengzhou and Binyang are being moved to safety, it said.
