Three reservoirs at risk, evacuations underway in Nanning, Guangxi

Three reservoirs in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, reported flood-related risks on Monday morning, prompting authorities to organize evacuations and raise the city's flood control emergency response to the highest level.
The Liulan and Yunbiao reservoirs in Hengzhou, a county-level city under Nanning, experienced overtopping and breaches. Overtopping also occurred at the Liuwang Reservoir in Binyang county, the Nanning Emergency Management Committee said in a statement on Monday afternoon.
