The second concert, titled Wind from the East, was conducted solely by Chen and highlighted works rooted in Chinese musical storytelling. A standout moment came with violinist Jiang Xiaofei's interpretation of Sunshine over Tashkurgan, portraying the vast landscapes and ethnic textures of western China.

Beyond the stage, the tour extended into cultural dialogue. Musicians delivered an educational lecture on the evolution of symphonic music in China, sparking enthusiastic exchanges with local audiences and students.
