Cargo plane slides off runway after landing in Ningbo

No injuries or deaths were reported after a cargo plane deviated from the runway after landing in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, according to the local airport authority on Monday.
The plane, a Boeing 747 cargo plane owned by the US' Kalitta Air, slid off the runway on Monday afternoon at Ningbo Lishe International Airport, leading to the cancellation of all inbound and outbound flights at the airport.
The airport immediately implemented emergency response protocols and mobilized firefighters and medical staff to the scene.
At present, all crew members of the plane had beensafely evacuated without any casualties, and an investigation into the cause of the incident is currently underway.
