Thai PM unveils investment office in Chengdu

Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul inaugurated the Chengdu office of the Thailand Board of Investment while attending the Thailand—China (Sichuan) Investment and Economic Forum 2026 in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, on Saturday afternoon.
The Chengdu office is the fourth of its kind in China, following those in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in Guangdong province.
The office will serve Sichuan and the neighboring Chongqing municipality, with a focus on promoting two-way investment between Thailand and the region.
