Too cool for school

Along the auditorium's perimeter are classrooms that double as dressing rooms when there is a show in the evening. "We installed thick blackout curtains so that people can change with privacy, yet also allow borrowed light in when there are classes," Godefroy explains, referring to the sunlight permeating the classrooms' glass walls.
When asked about the columns on balconies, Godefroy admits that they help channel water draining from the flat roof to the exterior to minimize potential damage within. "It may not have been the best solution aesthetically," he shrugs. "But it will be better for maintenance in the long run."
