Yu restaurant is offering nine seasonal crab courses through Nov 15. Salt baked crab from Yangcheng Lake in Jiangsu province is a highlight, as the salt triggers the fresh flavor of the crabmeat, and the yellow rice spirit added at the end to flambe the crustacean adds even more taste. Fried Dungeness crab with garlic is also a standout dish.
