A 10th tasty Tang

Tang Palace has opened its 10th branch in Beijing, featuring seasonal seafood and traditional Cantonese dim sum. From steamed buns with custard and egg-yolk fillings to shrimp dumplings and steamed red-rice rolls, each dim sum is a classic in Cantonese cuisine. Diners are welcomed and served by a pair of robot waiters.
