Hotpot chain opens sixth branch

Xunyecai Japanese hotpot has just opened its sixth outlet in Beijing. Its signature is the sukiyaki broth created using 13 vegetables and grilled beef marrow. Australian wagyu beef, pork from black pigs raised in Northeast China and lamb from the Inner Mongolia autonomous region go well with the soup.
