Torrential flood leaves 9 dead, 4 missing in Hubei

Nine people were killed and four remained missing until 9:30 Monday morning after torrential flood hit Duobi Gorge at Hefeng county in the Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, Hubei province, Sunday night, according to the information office of Hefeng county.]
A total of 61 people were rescued. The statement from the county showed those trapped and missing in the gorge were almost certainly tourists.
All-out efforts were underway to find the missing people, the county said.
The Duobi Gorge is an under developed area, according to local media Changjiang Weekly.
