Piggy burger for the new year

The Aria Bar, located in the lobby of the China World Hotel in Beijing, is providing a piggy burger through Feb 17 to celebrate the coming Year of the Pig. The patty contains porcini mushroom and black truffle and is placed between two homemade pigshaped buns, amid coleslaw, gherkins and grilled onion.
