Yizhuang gets Anhui cuisine

The Huihang Gudao restaurant recently opened its Yizhuang branch, bringing authentic Anhui cuisine to the neighborhood. Chef Liang Ying led his team to find local ingredients in Anhui province before the opening. The menu is a modern twist on traditional Anhui cuisine. Hairy tofu is one of the ingredients shipped in from Chengkan town in Anhui and served with three different sauces. Stinky mandarin fish is another highlight.
