China, Japan, ROK cement new cultural ties in Tianjin
The three governments participated in "Our IPOOL" plan for the first time this year, which focused on collecting high-quality IP content at home and abroad and constructing an official platform for project incubation and copyright trading endorsed by the government. The plan was created in hopes of furthering cooperation in various cultural genres, including animation, games and internet literature.
Fourteen enterprises from the three countries exhibited their works on animation, comic, game and internet literature. Many IP holders and buyers reached common ground during business discussions in hopes of bringing forward more high-quality cultural products.
Experts from China, Japan and South Korea also discussed IP right protection and IP incubation at the forum. Industry insiders also shared ideas on the market of electronic competitive sports during a discussion on the development of the area
