Australian chef finds treasures at 100-year-old fair

With chicken, donkey, corn and pork shank, an Australian chef, Luke, was working at the 100-year-old Shenyang Puhe fair. The fair not only helps neighboring villagers to rise out of poverty, but also retains old folk customs.

Luke has been to many fairs in different countries of the world. Now he is plying his trade in Shenyang. He wanted to choose local ingredients for China's traditional New Year and make authentic Northeast cuisine.
