The first China-Indonesia co-produced film project Tsunami was initiated Nov 27 in Jakarta, capital of Indonesia.

The film features the story of a Chinese rescue team participating in the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami rescue operations.

As a startup project for the China-Indonesia film collaboration agreement, it showcases the cultural ties between the two countries.
