Eating Toufu Dumplings
When the dog days come, people tend to lose their appetites. And dumplings can refresh people's feelings toward food. In many parts of China, it's a tradition to have dumplings on the first day of Sanfu. The dumplings have been given a special name -- Toufu Dumplings.
