Bosch, a global supplier of automotive technology and services, has extended its professional aftermarket maintenance services in the world's largest auto market, with the of cial launch of the Bosch Car Service Franchise Fast Fit in China.

The move marked another step forward after Bosch introduced its Full Service franchise system in November 2014, to of er more convenient, higher quality and more professional aftermarket maintenance services to car users all over the country.

The new Fast Fit will adopt a unified Bosch brand trademark, which symbolizes high standards of quality and professionalism, said the company.

It said the stores will be mainly located near areas of heavy traffic and residential communities. Each store will have two to nine workstations to provide customers with convenient, standardized and high quality aftermarket services, including auto maintenance, braking, tire and car beauty services.

Bosch said the huge market demand is the main driving force of the Fast Fit stores.

China was home to a record number of 152 million cars in 2015, and car owners are increasingly demanding alternative automotive maintenance services.

Branding, technical know-how and convenient networks have become customers' main considerations in choosing a maintenance workshop.

Bosch believes that Fast Fit will meet these demands and thus represent the main trend of aftermarket service in the future.

Fast Fit stores can of er 30 types of auto parts in 12 categories, another advantage over many of their competitors.

This is especially important to ensure that Fast Fit can offer convenient service to customers, as more and more dif erent car models emerge in the Chinese market.

Fast Fit stores also boast standard operating procedures and management systems, which Bosch has developed for China's aftermarket business. These are intended to help stores improve their daily operations and ensure that workstations offer Bosch-standard services.

Technicians can provide the core competitive edge in aftermarket services. Bosch trains their technicians to enhance their maintenance skills and efficiency. When cars are beyond their business scope, they will be transferred to the company's Full Service workshop for repair.

Bosch has enjoyed great fame for its innovative technology and has partnered with almost every automobile manufacturer worldwide. This guarantees Bosch's ability to of er reliable and high-quality auto parts for maintenance workshops.

Meanwhile, Bosch also owns leading technology in autonomous driving and electric vehicles, which ensures its leading competitive edge in the sector of auto repair and maintenance.
