Italian Chef salutes Chinese artist through art of cooking

Italian Chef Amedeo Ferri with Barolo is going to salute Chinese artist Zhu Danian next month through the art of cooking and his passion for food and art.

The first time Chef Ferri saw the floral series paintings by Zhu Danian, he was immediately attracted, especially to Magnolia. He learnt that magnolia is a symbol of nobility, perseverance and love of nature in China. The strength of its bloom also stands for self-respect and self-esteem.

Inspired by the painting, he will create a special themed menu available in the month of March. Mark your calendar!
