Money donated by the participants will be used to fund The Project Hope Happy Reading to buy books for students in rural primary schools in central and western China.

The eight-hour race, with a limit of 3,000 participants, is divided into three categories. The individuals category will race at the Jingshanling section of the Great Wall, which is 43.9 kilometers long and combines well-preserved Great Wall steps with flat road, sloped road and dirt road.

The family team and the organization team will enjoy the Experience Competition and other interactive games near the Jingshanling section of the Great Wall.
