Eryuan county building temporary classrooms
Earthquake-hit Eryuan county in Yunnan province is building temporary classrooms to allow students to resume classes on Monday, authorities said.
A 5.5-magnitude quake hit Eryuan county on March 3. It affected 55,000 people and damaged the buildings of 72 schools in five townships in the county.
The campuses of 12 schools were heavily damaged by the quake, said a report in Yunnan.cn, a local news portal.
Classes stopped in 30 schools in the quake-hit area, said a previous report on People.com.cn.
