Tibetan deputy solicits ideas from constituents 

Kelzang Drolkar, a deputy from Lhasa, capital city of Southwest China’s Tibet autonomous region, solicits farmers’ ideas on job creation on February 24, 2013. Kelzang Drolkar is now the Party chief of Toma village, Nanjin county of Chengguan district of Lhasa.
